THE GREEN ROOM HOTEL - CASE STUDY

Interviews
We produced and directed interviews with local business owners, past guests, and the hotel staff which grounded the hotel's image in real stories and real personalities.
Influencer UGC Collaborations
We managed and directed UGC collabs with influencers, making sure of a good fit, and then assisted them in their process.

Photography
Regularly capturing and showcasing the unique and stylish views that the hotel offered proved a good move, as we were able to land a feature for the hotel and provide photos for a new print publication "Getaways" by Rocky Mountain Brides which hit shelves in Barnes & Noble stores nationwide in March of 2026.

Events/ Entertainment
Downtown Oceanside is a vibrant neighborhood with much to offer. It was important to give potential guests an idea of the possibilities. After all, you don't aways want to chill. Live music, Wine Bars, Michelin Star Restaurants, Comedy, Surf Events...all within a quick drive or bike ride's distance!
General Vibes
Entertaining Reels including a series where each of the twelve rooms became characters themselves, were a part of the regular content creation schedule. The aim was to create a stylish, welcoming, relaxing and playful vibe.

Result
The third and fourth quarter of 2025 was tough for the hospitality sector nationwide. Our strategy coming in was built around connecting more deeply to the community and past guests and to promote the hotel as an ideal workspace and staycation destination for locals. After the campaign and the increase in visibility in the community, the hotel was able to increase ADR and saw a 20% increase in direct bookings, which together is projected to generate an extra $120,000 in revenue in 2026. Getting the feature in the “Getaways” print magazine was just the thing that was needed to give the hotel national exposure and to set them up for Summer 2026 and beyond.
